Commercial Slit Seeder/Verticutter For Sale

This is a Jacobsen Aero King 1321 slit seeder/verticutter. I bought it new in the spring of 2001. It has approx. 15 hours on it. The seed box holds about 30 pounds of seed. It has a divider so that you can drop two different kinds of seed at two different rates. It's self propelled with a 13hp Honda engine. Seed spacing is 1.5" (the closest of it's kind). It has left and right braking to help make turns. In the front of the machine it has cutting blades that cuts grooves in the soil. In the back of the machine it has discs that ride in those grooves and directly behind the disc as "shoes" where the seed drops. Can also be used to install new lawns. This is an awesome machine and does a great job.!!!

What is the reason for selling?

In short, debt reduction. The only bad thing is that I have no idea what I am going to do to replace it. It truly does an awesome job and people are amazed when I put it on their property. I will probably try and sell aerate/overseed to try and replace it.
