Using the name "Bobcatting" with another make of skid steer

I am wondering if anyone has experience using the name "Bobcatting" to advertise their skid steer business when they are not use Bobcat equipment. I know the name "Bobcat" is trademarked, but what about the name, and use of, "Bobcatting"?

Then again Bobcat is kinda likd Kleenex everyone knows what that is
