I was dealing with a guy on a 720 and agreed on a price and delivery(from an individual).Delivery day I'm back in the hospital so I know nothing about it. It has a straight 4 cyl. Ford gas motor. Are there any safety shutoffs to keep it from starting? He told my wife all he did was turn the key(seldom used the choke even). I tried and it wouldn't fire. I drained the gas,new plugs and fuel filter and same thing. Won't even act like it will start. Turns over fast but that's all. Do any levers have to be set right to start? How about throttle position? The guy was moving that's why it was for sale. Any real help would be greatly appreciated. My health is sinking fast and I need to do some things while I can. Thanks in advance.
