I have gradually lost power to my drive motors. I cant turn on pavement. I can still lift weight with bucket. Is there a suction filter on the sperry vickers drive pump? I cant find it. Drive motors were rebuilt 4 years ago. The machine makes an aweful whining noise when I try to turn. any help?
