Rubber tracks

I have a Bob Cat 863 4 wheel skid steer and would like to add rubber tracks, any one have good information about what brand to purchase nd pro and con's using them?
We have pure sand subsoil and we need thye flotation over the sand to do our jobs more efficiently

I bought a set from TracksPlus.com out of Wisconsin (the mfg.) for my New Holland LS180 with 12" wide tires. The track width is just a tad over 16" wide. They are a light-weight welded alloy---I can lift one side by myself. Cost about $1200 and well worth the price. They even have distributorships available but you have to buy 5 sets at one time and they'll they knock off 25%. Such a deal!
