Hi everyone,
I've had 50% good reviews and 50% bad reviews for my site. I would like some more constructive critisism. it's still under construction in some areas.
I'm mainly looking for how to make it more eye-pleasing and easier navigation.
also, please let me know how it loads for you(fast, slow, medium)
Please let me know what you think, thanks all....

Site is not bad, but Its too green change your background color to black I think and it might not be soo bright. Just an idea but other then that its nice.

A lot of GREEN on the site. I know we are dealing with grass but that is a little hard on the eyes. I might move away from the boxes too. Find some other way of seperating things or hilighting them. It seems fairly simple to navigate. I am no expert on the subject just offering suggestions. My site pretty much sucks but is in the process of being redone.
Moved this and left a redirect for more exposure.
I like it, but I would use some more figures like grass or a sody look. :)

Looks good. Like others said its a little bit bright. You should try adding some pictures of some of your work. The knowledge center is a good idea. Your e-mail link doesn't work and you should get rid of all the white space under emerald extras on your service page. Overall a great job.

Gonna have to agree with what some others have said - there's a little too much green, although I really really like the closeup of the grass at the bottom.
The one thing that needs changing is your pic format. The pic of the grass at the bottom and the 3 pics of houses I saw are all in PNG format and the file sizes are way too big and take too long to load with dial-up connections. You should use JPEG (JPG) format for pics, and also compress them, it'll make the file sizes much smaller. If you don't know how to do it shoot me a PM with your e-mail and I'll send them to you. I just converted them to see how much of a difference it would make and they're 6x smaller in JPEG format.

Hi 31MV31,
I think your site looks fine. If you are looking for more ideas for your site, you can download these free templates (http://www.lawncafe.com/showthread.php?t=3786) as well and use them.

I think the green goes perfect since the name of the company is Emerald Green Landscaping.
I like the site myself, i wouldnt change anything.

i think it looks good to me. i think a background of some sort would make it look even better. i am working on my site this week as well, i've never been cut out for the graphic design part tho. check out http://www.sharplawns.com i guess i got the basics covered, but it looks kinda empty still. i opted to leave my phone number off the site, and instead put up a form that the customer would fill out to let me know some info about what they need done so i can contact them. i guess this could be a bad idea, but i like to hide my cell number and e-mail from the spammers and telemarketers lurking on the web..
