Yes easiest to use. But not the best. if i had to buy it all over again i wouldnt, i would go with either gopher or clip. The only thing i really like about it, is the wizard and the pre-printed preforated invoices. Those are kinda cool. Which is the reason why i chose the $400 program.

I started using Gopher Pro back in June and I'm finding it to be really easy to catch on to. I haven't gotten it all into the works quit yet, but the options are there.

I have run into a few questions and Tech Support has been great. :C)

The cost of it is also $400 and you can pay for it with there payment plan which has really helped out too.

Thats what I've found. The newest version has improvements, but there is much room for improvement. But it is worth the price. Back when I bought it , there wasn't anything else in that price range with those features.

I've been using Groundskeeper Pro for the past two years. I find it easy to use and well worth the money.

Hi All,

Remember there are invoice templates for Gopher located here (http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=2;t=748). You can download them for free and take the design to your local printer to have printed up. Also you can change the height setting of the dotted line section on the remittance stub to line up with off the shelf pre-perf paper.

Here is a site we found that sells micro-perf paper. Click here (http://miracle-envelope.com/laser.html) for link.

A local printer could never beat the prices you can get on the preprinted and perforated GroundsKeeper invoice paper. They have millions printed up at a time and pass the savings onto their customers. As for a matter of fact, depending on how many invoices you print a month, you will eventually pay for the business software in ink savings! :?)

I have used GK Pro now for about 3-4 years now. Price was primary in my mind as opposed to say Lawn Monkey or CLIP which are close to if not over $1000, plus updates, training, etc.
I have found GK Pro to fill all my needs to date, they do eagerly look for and implement (when possible) user suggestions and feedback.
I have just recently broke down and started using the preprinted/perforated invoice paper (always thought that printing them myself was cheaper, LOL) ... it really does save time and money.
Adkad is currently working on a new version (not another update) to GK pro, perhap might be a totally different name to the program to be more competitive in the same market with CLIP and LM, but that will not be out for at least 1 1/2 - 2 years, but they are currently working on making some major changes to their Blizzard Buster program ( a snow version of GroundsKeeper "standard").
Honestly, for the money, GK Pro is a great program, easy to use features, can be used for both Landscaping as well as Snow services, has pesticide reports and detailed estimate sheets, along with many other nice features inluding routing and scheduling... no, it doesn't currently intergrate with QB, but then again, you really don't need it to.

Any thoughts of programming for us Macintosh guys?

Anything coming soon for Palm OS?

Macs are great computers. There is software for Macs called VirtualPC that will allow PC software to run. If you had VirtualPC on your Mac you could run GroundsKeeper Pro. Here is a link for more info on VirtualPC: http://www.apple.com/macosx/applications/virtualpc/.

Our company has done research on PALMs and have determined that the market is most likely to go the route of Tablet PCs or small laptops for use on the road. GroundsKeeper Pro will work with either. Take a look at the latest tablet PC: http://h71016.www7.hp.com/dstore/ctoBases.asp?ProductLineId=430&FamilyId=1686&jumpid=ex_r2910_googlesmb/tabletpc.
