Describe it, I'm not sure what that is. What use will you put it to? i.e commercial, personal use etc...
How much property?
It's a teenie tiny backhoe. Good for use around a small farm or estate, possibly a smallish landscape co. Not going to move mountains, but should be alright for digging holes for medium sized trees, moving mulch and soil, etc.

Got a small 20 acre farm. I'm think'n it would be handy to have as a
utility tractor. Weighs 7,600 lbs. so you can pull it with a 3/4 ton
pick-up. Although a little smaller then a Kubota L48, I've heard
it is as capable. People over at 'tractorpoint.com' said good things
about the 110. BUT ! $45,000 for a yard toy is kinda a lot !
What I'm asking is if any of you 'Professional Landscapers' think
anything of 'em ?
Been look'n at the John Deere 4710 and Kubota Grand L4630.......
with Hoe and loader you're look'n at about as much as the JD 110.
Any advice would be appreciated.

the price tag is kind of high for that unit 50,000 when they first came out i think they were only 46HP.i leased one for a year and really didn't like the hydro drive.the backhoe was really strong.if you look on JD website theres a used equipment section. when i was on there a few months ago i saw 12 110s with less than 200 hours going for around 37 to 40,000.
you can find a nice used case or a jd 210 for around 15,000
