In The Manual I Have It Says That When You Adjust The Parking Brake Plates Should Have 1/16 Inch Clearence To The Brake Caliper Weldment "pads". Does This Mean That The Machine Should Not Move When This Adjustment Is Made, Implieing That The Parking Brake Should Be Locked On Or Should It Be When The Parking Brake Is Off, The Book Implies Vaugly That The Brake Should Be On During The Adjustment?

Why so many capitol letters, you are only supposed to capitlize the first letter of the beginning of the sentence, and important names and places.

When parking brake is off, when it is on, it should be clamping down to hold machine in place.

When you type a post in all caps, it usually automaticaly changes it to the first letter in every word being capitalized.
