I was just wondering approx. how it would cost to to rent a bobcat(skidsteer), Harley rake, and Trailer for 2 Days? Just wondering would i be able to put it on my 6'x12' landscaping trailer or would I have to rent a 10,000 GVW trailer?

Around here it would cost you about $275 per day, and no you cant get it on a 6x12, you have to have an equipment trailer. Skid steer would pop the tires on anything else.

I tow skid sateers with my 18 foot trailer, but mine can hold the weight as for price, 200 a day plus each attachment harley rake your looking at another 100.

try cheaper brands such as new holland they work great and may be a bit cheaper then a cat or bobcat.

They are also cheaper by the week. I currently have a Bobcat rental (tracked version) for $800/wk.

Very cheap in my book. Saved me from making a 40K dollar mistake!

A 6x12 is an equipment trailer. Prob only rated for 7000# with tandem axels.
If using car tires I say it will hold also, but I use heavy duty trailer tires on all my trailers.
A machine much bigger then a S185 you need a heavier trailer.
Cost here is about $200 a day (8 hours on meter) with a bucket and trailer (for matt-rated at 7,000# with car tires). A harley rake is another $200 a day

A bobcat 753 will not be large enough to work with a Harley rake, you will need either an 863, 220 or a t300 for a harley rake.
Bobcat weights 753 series 7500 lbs
800 series 8500 lbs
900 series 12,000 lbs
s220 series 10,000 lbs
t 300 series 11,000 lbs
Harley Rake 1,500 lbs
Most rental yards will not send out a harley rake with a 753 If they are the're asking for trouble, To haul a 753 or 863 you can use a 16 foot tandem axle trailer with the exiopment rated tires, But I would not want to add a harley rake to it.
I operate and deliver these machines for a Rental yard as a part time Jerr-Dann driver, of course I'm using a heavy duty GMC 6500 (28,000 gvw) Transporter and I can tell you that a T 300 with a harley rake is a pretty good load on my truck.

Harley Rakes come in different sizes and I have used one on my Bobcat 463

There are Harley rakes manufactured for compact skid loaders (Dingo and the like). Obviously the above quote doesn't hold credability.

Yea, your right......... I made the statement because I completely forgot that there are various sizes just like skid steer sizes, We only carry one size at the yard and I just completely put on the narrow minded goggles and went with it.
My bad call, Now i'm qualified to Referee an NFL football game.

I should say that we have various sizes of skid steers..... But we only carry a Large Harley Rake for Large skid steers, why, I don't know.
We got in some new Takeuechi's the other day, boy those are NICE!

Would it be better to rent a harley rake and bobcat or just sub it out?
jmow55,
Some things to think about.
Are you talking about marking up the subs bid?
Do you have a contractor's license?
Do you know how to skillfully operate a Bobcat?
These are some of the questions that need to be answered in order to qualify your question.
