Charleston, WV (HNN) – Did you buy a lawn mower claiming to have a four horsepower engine? A federal, proposed class action, complaint would compel manufacturers to return approximately $200 to each consumer for over a decade allegedly “overstating the horsepower of lawnmower engines,” according to attorney Kristofer Cormany, of Charleston.
